Returns & Exchanges

At Emo Nite, we want you to love your gear, but if it's not a perfect fit, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
